Saskatchewan Provincial Nominee Program
SINP, a Provincial Nominee Program (PNP), enables foreign nationals to become permanent residents of Canada through a variety of immigration pathways. It is strategically designed to attract immigrants in areas that will benefit the province, such as skilled workers, workers in sectors with labour shortages, and entrepreneurs. Several immigration streams are available in the province, which is categorized as follows:
- Saskatchewan International Skilled Worker

Saskatchewan International Skilled Worker
Three immigration streams are available under Saskatchewan’s International Skilled Worker program designed to attract skilled workers who can easily adapt to life in the province. There are some streams that prioritize workers with experience in sectors experiencing labour shortages, while there are other streams that target workers with employment offers from Saskatchewan employers.

The Saskatchewan Experience program includes five immigration streams aimed at workers with work experience in Saskatchewan. Additionally, workers in these streams must have an offer of employment from a Saskatchewan employer in order to continue working in the province. Workers with experience in certain sectors that are experiencing labour shortages in the province are prioritized in certain streams.

Saskatchewan Entrepreneur and Farm
Two immigration streams are available to Saskatchewan Entrepreneurs and Farmers who have business management experience and wish to launch a new business venture in the province. Applicants to the entrepreneurial stream should submit business proposals in a variety of sectors, while applicants to the farm owner and operator stream should submit business proposals in the farming sector.
